PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING "I AGREE," YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT CLICK "I AGREE" AND DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT.

1. Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in the World's Largest Après Shot Ski Record Attempt (the "Event"), you hereby agree to the following:

1.1. You acknowledge and understand that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Event.

1.2. You hereby release, waive, and discharge Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc., Mast Jägermeister SE, Mast-Jaegermeister US Holding, Inc., Tap Machine Inc., and any of their parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, or agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in the Event.

1.3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that may incur due to your participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

2. Publicity Release

2.1. You hereby grant Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc. and its affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any photos, video recordings, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of the Event.

2.2. You agree that Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc. has complete ownership of such material and can use said material for any purpose consistent with the business of Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc., including but not limited to advertising, promotion, and marketing on social media and other platforms.

2.3. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the use of such images, recordings, or likenesses, and you hereby release Mast-Jägermeister US, Inc. and its affiliates from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I Agree," you confirm that you have read and understood this Clickwrap Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. You acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding and that you are at least 21 years of age.
